PASSION # 1 FAMILY AND BEING TOGETHER

At the heart of any meaningful life are relationships with family, friends and ourselves to build long-term and sustainable ties. Cultivating strong, loving relationships in everyday life is an art that even the best artists sometimes stumble over. It is important to make a habit of encouraging open communication and creating lasting memories with those who are important to me. After all, it is my relationships with my family that truly enrich my life and give it fulfilment and meaning. To travel together, to celebrate together the events and festivities of each year. I love the moment when the festive table is beautifully set, music is playing in the background and the smell of roast duck coming from the kitchen area, and my family and I are about to sit down at the table. The candle lights on the table dance their happy tango of light, giving us that beautiful, intoxicating atmosphere of celebration and togetherness. For me, it is the most fulfilling feeling.

I love preparing for the holidays, as well as improving the interior of the house on a daily basis, finding tricks to keep the house tidier with less effort and organising the management of many things.

PASSION # 2 WELNESS - MY PATHS TO BALANCE AND HARMONY

Wellness is a journey, not a destination. Whether we seek mindfulness practices to calm a busy mind, holistic remedies to support the body's natural healing abilities, or strategies to cope with stress in a hectic world. Established habits that promote balance, vitality and resilience empower me to live my best life. In addition, I understand the importance of incorporating relaxation techniques into my daily routine. My strategies are morning meditations to improve the mind-body connection, yearly, daily and weekly plans. After a busy day I always take time for a walk, I am lucky because I have a sweet and loyal dog, whom I rescued from a shelter with my family 16 years ago. So no matter what the weather sun, storm, snow or rain - walking is my daily routine. I love aromatherapy to balance my energy and promote emotional well-being, any kind of exercise and beauty appointments, like any woman.

I understand that it is not always easy to achieve a balanced lifestyle, with the demands of work, family and personal responsibilities, it can be difficult to find the time and energy to focus on your wellbeing. However, any activity that makes you feel positive, fulfilling emotions and elation is worthy of being sacred and included in your life. AMEN

PASSION # 3 WANDERLUST - DISCOVER THE WORLD

For me, travelling isn't just about exploring new places - it's about broadening horizons, connecting with other cultures and appreciating the beauty of diversity. Exploring new destinations not only broadens our horizons, but also allows me to disconnect from your daily routine and recharge my batteries.Africa, Europe, USA, UAE, England - so many different places, but each with its own charm. Have you ever come back from a trip feeling like you'll never set foot on this earth again? But then time passes and we are faced with many other everyday events that make up the jigsaw of our lives and we realise that the darker coloured pieces of the jigsaw fit very well into the picture, making a beautiful whole.

PASSION # 4 NOURISH MY BODY WITH DELICIOUS FOOD

Food is more than just fuel - it's a celebration of life, a source of joy and connection, and an expression of love. I enjoy a healthy relationship with food that is gentle on both my body and my taste buds, cooking and experimenting daily to treat and surprise my family and friends.And of course, no balanced lifestyle is complete without feeding your body with healthy and delicious meals. I believe that food should not only be nutritious but also enjoyable. In addition to physical exercise, we also recognise the importance of nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. From meal planning and portion control to overcoming cravings for sweets, yes this is familiar to every girl, and to me too.

PASSION #5 ACTIVE LIFE STYLE

For me, an active lifestyle is more than just physical activity. It means finding joy and fulfilment in movement, cycling along the bike paths of the marine park, evening runs along the sea with my dog, yoga, morning swims in the sea in the warmer months of the year, daily walks... it recharges me and gives me more energy and positivity. Beauty is more than skin - it's how I take care of myself inside and out. I am aware that it is important for me to fill myself with positive emotions on this world journey, because it influences my attitude towards life.

Positive emotions recharge me and motivate me to explore and share the beauty around me, because I can only share with the world what is inside me. Every positive emotion I experience is like a gift that I can share with others to make their days brighter and happier and to support them when they need it. Investing time and energy in positive emotions is an investment in our own well-being and well-being, as well as in the inspiration and happiness of everyone around us.
