For 48 years, I have been looking for new ways to look and feel good every day, at any age, and now I love sharing them with others. I love eating delicious food, discovering new flavors, and regularly searching for recipe inspiration to ensure that my meals and those of my family are always healthy and wholesome. This was the main reason why I found the opportunity to train as a nutritionist in addition to being a chef, and now I am happy that with this knowledge I understand that eating healthy can be the same as eating tasty. The first recipe book has been written and I will soon finish and share a guide that will make it easy to understand which foods to combine to avoid overeating and weight gain, and if weight is lost, how to keep it off.
